The project is part of Phase I of Laurel Lake’s five-year Town Center Expansion Plan to renovate and expand its core campus amenities. The Bistro’s New England-style exterior incorporates the same stone-and-shake architectural elements used elsewhere in Laurel Lake’s campus, creating a “lighthouse” feel.

The new octagon-shaped Bistro & Pub features dramatic high ceilings with exposed wood beams topped by a cupola and wrap-around windows allowing plenty of natural light. The Bistro seating accommodates 60 people with ample room for larger gatherings to “spill over” into the new Lounge area. The attractive bar offers both comfortable low seating and standing room. A self-service Coffee Station is accessible to residents 24 hours a day.
