The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) recognized the U.S. Coast Guard’s New Operations Building and Boat Maintenance Annex at Cleveland Harbor Moorings with a 2014 Best of Building Award for Best Project Design for LEED BD+C in the category for LEED Certified Projects. Perspectus served as Architect of Record partnering with C.T. Taylor for the Design/Build project.
Perspectus is an eight-time recipient of the prestigious Weatherhead 100 award. Presented by Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, the program identifies the region’s 100 fastest growing companies based on sales growth for the past five years.
Perspectus is a six-time honoree of the NEO Success Award. Established in 1995 as a way to showcase the success of business in our region and hosted by Inside Business Magazine, the program annually recognizes the top-performing companies in Northeast Ohio. The NEO Success Award is unique in its combined measurement of business success in sales, growth and profitability. The program was discontinued in 2016.

As part of BrooAlexa Design Joint Venture, Perspectus was nationally honored with the 2011 Department of Homeland Security Small Business Achievement Award. The joint venture was recognized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for its outstanding work in support of the DHS mission. BrooAlexa Design Joint Venture provides architectural design, interior design and engineering services for new construction and renovation projects. The joint venture is comprised of BrooAlexa LLC, a multifaceted 8(a) and HUBZone company specializing in construction, manufacturing and masonry work, and Perspectus Architecture. BrooAlexa Design executives accepted the award at the 7th annual DHS Small Business Ceremony at the General Service Administration offices in Washington, D.C. BrooAlexa Design was specifically recognized for work performed for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Procurement Directorate in Fiscal Year 2010. The notable project is the Dormitory and Conference Center in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
Perspectus Architecture was part of the Design-Build team with Marous Brothers Construction that received the award from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) in 2010 for the Concord Physicians Office Building in partnership with Lake Health.
