Perspectus served as part of a collaborative team, working as Design Architect for The MetroHealth System on a new, comprehensive Ambulatory Health Facility.
Anchored by a central “Lantern,” the building program consists of Ambulatory Surgery, Emergency Department, Imaging, Medical Office Pods, Pharmacy and Infusion arranged along a main concourse.
Besides the departmental planning and building design, the project involves development of a new patient primary care model to be implemented across the health system.
Situated in Brecksville, Ohio, on approximately 20 acres adjacent to U.S. I-77, the building site takes advantage of sloping topography to maximize views from the Interstate while facilitating easy access to the new Emergency Department from Route 82.
