Buildings are arranged on the site to create a centralized courtyard to provide outdoor activities for both residents and guests of the conference center. Each building has two residential wings, linked by a glass amenity form which houses common areas, such as multi-purpose rooms, lounges, kitchen, laundry and support spaces. The residential wings are made up of private bedroom suites, grouped in houses of 24 which correspond to the optimal class size of the GBC.
